Urban Conservation

Urban Conservation is an essential component of urban regeneration process, where protecting buildings and spaces of historical, architectural and landscape importance can be managed sustainably, reflect community interests, and avoid mass gentrification. Previous drector level experience includes internationally recognized conservation sites, such as (i) the “Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Area” (UK) and the the Palmera World Heritage Site (Syria), and more recently (ii) UL promoted urban conservation initiatives in Asian environments including Cambodia and Viet Nam.
