Urbanlogic partnered with Naree International Ltd in delivering this ADB technical assistance, which is part of Shaanxi Province’s low-carbon, climate resilient and environmentally sustainable urban-rural development program. Efforts to promote decarbonised urban-rural services, enhancing climate resilience and generally improving the rural environment will be supported by institutional capacity building, monitoring capability, enhanced digitalization and generally improved service delivery. Amongst the TA inputs, Urbanlogic provided specialist advice in Green Building technology, design and affordability in the rural Shaanxi context.
