Thanks to our new-in house partnership capability we are able to benefit from Dr. Yan’s role as an International Regional Cooperation Specialist in the preparation of the Asian Development Bank’s Framework for Cost-Effective Disaster Risk Management across China. The Framework will provide policy recommendations, technical guidance, and cost-effective options for disaster risk management and cooperation, including adjoining countries.
