Urbanlogic is a key consortium partner (alongside Naree International developing this ADB funded, results-based lending program in urban areas outside of the capital city (Bishkek). The program will be focused on practical and, cost-effective and sustainable energy efficiency improvements in public buildings where fiscal capacity is weak and building conditions are poor. This will generate: (i) high energy efficiency potential: (ii) positive climate mitigation impact, high energy efficiency potential and positive climate change impacts; (iii) improved health impacts for public building users, including schools, hospitals and other parts of the public sector, benefitting low income groups and looking towards gender sensitivity.
