Urbanlogic partnered with  Naree International Ltd in delivering this complex technical assistance, which is part of Shaanxi Province’s low-carbon, climate resilient and environmentally sustainable urban-rural development program. The proposals are concentrated on the promotion of decarbonised urban-rural services, enhancing climate resilience, improving the rural environment and providing specialist advice in affordable Green Building technology design in the rural context, plus of course the institutional development and capacity building to deliver.
